After the purchase
At Auto China the relationship does not end when the car is handed over — that is where the real promise begins. A considered after-sales concept is what lets you drive your plug-in hybrid without worrying: today, tomorrow and for years.
That means a partner network trained on high-voltage systems, predictable maintenance costs, and someone to talk to who knows your vehicle.
E-Protect warranty
We stand behind every vehicle we import. E-Protect is our own warranty programme, going beyond statutory rights — on top of the 2-year manufacturer warranty with unlimited mileage.
Drivetrain & high-voltage components
Cover includes the core high-voltage components: the traction battery and its battery management system (BMS), the electric motors, and the power electronics with inverter and on-board charger.
Battery capacity guarantee
We guarantee that the net capacity of your battery (state of health) will not fall below 70 % during the warranty term. If it does, we step in — no ifs, no buts.
What we cover
In a warranty case we cover 100 % of labour costs. Material costs are covered in full up to 80,000 km and pro rata thereafter.
Transferable, and Europe-wide on trips
If you sell the car, E-Protect transfers to the new owner — real resale value. Cover applies across Germany and, while travelling, Europe-wide for up to six weeks.
Warranty by model
All three Jetour models are plug-in hybrids, so the warranty covers both worlds: the electric drivetrain and the combustion engine with its hybrid transmission.
Jetour T2 i-DM 2x2 & 4x4
43.24 kWh LiFePO₄ battery, i-DM drivetrain with a 1.5 l turbo and 3DHT transmission. Battery, BMS, e-motors and power electronics fall under high-voltage cover; the capacity guarantee applies to the traction battery.
Jetour G700
34.13 kWh LiFePO₄ battery, body-on-frame chassis, multi-motor hybrid system with DHT transmission. Alongside high-voltage cover, the mechanical assemblies of the all-wheel-drive system are protected.

Vergölst runs more than 450 specialist workshops at over 200 locations in Germany. Every site taking part in our partner programme is trained to service and repair electric vehicles and plug-in hybrids.
What the network does
Vehicle diagnostics, scheduled maintenance and inspections, tyre service and seasonal wheel changes — plus repairs on the brands Auto China distributes, with the knowledge and tools suited to Chinese electric and hybrid vehicles.

Where can I have my Jetour serviced?
Through our partner network with Vergölst — use the search above to find the nearest location. The workshops are trained on electric and plug-in hybrid vehicles.
Does the warranty apply elsewhere in Europe?
The 2-year unlimited-mileage warranty applies to the vehicle. E-Protect cover applies across Germany and, while travelling, Europe-wide for up to six weeks. For service cases outside Germany, please contact us directly.
What happens if battery capacity degrades?
If net capacity (state of health) falls below 70 % during the warranty term, the E-Protect battery capacity guarantee applies.
How long does it take to source parts?
