We stand behind every vehicle we import. Europe gets the Jetour warranty: 7 years/200,000 km on the vehicle, 10 years/1,000,000 km on the powertrain and 8 years/250,000 km on the high-voltage battery — on top of your statutory rights.

Powertrain: 10 years / 1,000,000 km

Combustion engine, DHT transmission and e-motor. Every scheduled service at an authorised partner renews cover to the next interval.

Battery capacity guarantee: 8 years / 250,000 km

We guarantee that the net capacity of your battery (state of health) will not fall below 75 % during the warranty term. If it does, we repair or replace — no ifs, no buts.

Mobility, body & software

On top of that: 10 years of Europe-wide roadside assistance (renewed free at every service), a 12-year anti-perforation warranty and 10 years of software & OTA cover.

Transferable, Europe-wide

All three Jetour models are plug-in hybrids, so the warranty covers both worlds: the electric drivetrain and the combustion engine with its hybrid transmission.

Jetour T2 i-DM 2x2 & 4x4

43.24 kWh LiFePO₄ battery, i-DM drivetrain with a 1.5 l turbo and 3DHT transmission. Battery, BMS, e-motors and power electronics fall under high-voltage cover; the capacity guarantee applies to the traction battery.

Jetour G700

34.13 kWh LiFePO₄ battery, body-on-frame chassis, multi-motor hybrid system with DHT transmission. Alongside high-voltage cover, the mechanical assemblies of the all-wheel-drive system are protected.
